Agate designs, manufactures and ships pre-engineered steel buildings, aircraft hangars, and aircraft flightline canopies.

From the ground up, Agate can handle everything from the design and engineering of steel buildings and concrete foundations, to self-performing the concrete work and steel erection. We are an AISC approved steel fabricator and GSA scheduled contractor for pre-engineered steel buildings and flightline canopies. We design, manufacture, and erect aircraft hangars and flightline canopies, for your specific needs in locations across the country.

Design - Highly individualized designs are available to fit your operation’s unique spatial and functional needs. Mezzanines, insulation, passage doors, roll-up doors, bridge cranes, jib cranes, custom painted and galvanized structural steel are just a few of the special features available.

Submittals and Approval - Even the best plans and designs are useless without the necessary approvals. The Agate team utilizes their thorough knowledge of up-to-date building and zoning codes to make sure this step goes quickly and successfully.

Detailing - Agate self-performs all steel detailing to ensure control and quality.

Fabrication - Agate maintains a responsive and flexible team allowing for timely fabrication. Agate utilizes only the highest quality materials. Panel systems are your choice of insulated, corrosion resistant, fiberglass or architectural metal.

Shipping - Shipping is an important and often overlooked factor. Based on your needs, Agate will find the most time and cost efficient way of getting your pre-engineered steel building to you.

Erection - Installation at your jobsite is available on request. From precision concrete work to expert erection you can relax and let Agate take care of it.
